One of my favorite flowering plants is the sweet pea. It is also one that my Dad has grown for years - but never at the house I grew up in. This year I tried to grow some just out of curiosity. I was thinking that they only grew in the cool of the NW. Wrong I was... I actually got them to grow and BLOOM. I have never been so happy abt that. I also found out my brothers wife - Brenda - loves them too. When I was in Seattle over the 4th of July for my Dad's 80th bday party, my brother, Stan and Brenda were moving. Dad's sweet peas were in bloom then. We brought some to S & B at their new house and we all were blessed with their beauty...
Those are are very pretty. I love flowers.
